CASE TODAY, THEY ACTED YESTERDAY
The Pension Anomaly case came up today in CAT, Principal Bench.
Suddenly, the BSNL authorities have woken up. Corporate Office has asked the circles (it is a second reminder)
to send all particulars about cases pending in their circles. If the case was not filed, they would not
have acted at all.
This is the attitude of BSNL authorities.
Perusal of the letter sent by Corporate Office reveals that they have still not understood the case !!!

4835 Pre-2006 cases pending Member(Finance), Telecom Commission has pointed out that 4835 cases for pre-2006 pension revision
are still pending in Telecom for want of necessary inputs from BSNL. Accordingly, the CMD BSNL has asked
the CGMs concerned to take immediate action. Last date for sending the particulars is already extended
and the extended period is also over. But, no action from BSNL revealing the callousness in BSNL.
Maximum cases are related to NTR Circle. The DO letter from Member (F) to CMD
and the DO Letter from CMD to CGMs are given hereunder.

PENSION ANOMALY CASE
TIME IS GIVEN TO THE RESPONDENTS (Govt of India, Department of Telecom Etc.) TO FILE COUNTER AFFIDAVITS.
THE NEXT DATE IS 22nd SEPTEMBER 2014.
