 Hon. MoS instruction to  DoT/BSNL  on 78.2 % and PENSION ANOMALY

Today 26th SCOVA meeting was held at New Delhi in the presence of MoS Shri Jithendra Singh.  The old item 7 & 8 i.e. 78.2% merger benefit to pensioners and pension anomaly cases were raised by Shri Shiv Gopal Misra, Secretary, JCM and supported by Com S.C.Maheswari (Bharat Pensioners Samaj) and Com D.Balasubramaniam (AIFPA).  Hon. MoS instructed that DoT/BSNL should decide the issues within a time-frame.  Ultimately Joint Secretary DoP&PW instructed DoT officials to settle both the issues within a month.

    Nobody is serious about aged pensioners hence, cases may not be settled within one month period .
