78.2% and PENSION ANOMALY
Today, Com. Chhidu Singh and Com. R L Kapoor met Member (Finance), Telecom Commission
and discussed the two cases. It is gathered that the Dept of Telecom will be sending reply next week
to the queries raised by Dept. of Expenditure on 78.2% benefit.
The Establishment Section in DoT has to clarify the position with regard to Pension anomaly.
It seems there is no alternative but to approach the court of law to settle the anomaly case.
