PENSION ANOMALY CASE ADMITTED
Our Petition has been admitted by the Principal bench of CAT Today.
DoT advocate was present. BSNL's pleader was not present.
Case is posted to 8th August 2014.

ELURU (AP) MP TAKES UP OUR CASE WITH PM
Com. A Ramachandra Rao (DS) and Com. S Appa Rao (Treasurer)
of our West Godavari SSA unit met Sri Magantti Venkateswara Rao (Babu) MP
of Telegu Desam Party and sought his help in settling the case of 78.2% IDA
to BSNL Pensioners.
Sri Venakateswara Rao immediately acted upon their request and wrote a letter to the Prime Minister of India seeking his intervention in the case, forwarding copy of our letter in this regard.
We are thankful to Shri Venkateswara Rao MP.

NO DA MERGER !!
THE GOVERNMENT HAS INFORMED STAFF SIDE IN JCM
THROUGH A LETTER DATED 17th JUNE 2014
THAT THERE IS NO PROPOSAL TO MERGE 50% DA IN PAY OF CENTRAL STAFF.
WHY?
"The sixth Pay Commission had not recommended any such merger.....!"
